Tia was Ja-Kal's wife in ancient Egypt.
History[]
Although not known when exactly, Tia and Ja-Kal fell in love in ancient Egypt and had a son named Padjet. In Sleep Walk Like an Egyptian, at the night Prince Rapses disappeared, Tia was preparing Ja-Kal a meal and telling him how he takes care of everyone else but himself, when the Queen interrupted them to ask for his help in order to find the boy prince. Ja-Kal leaves and Tia would never see him alive again.
Tia returns in Eye of the Beholder, but its in actuality Chantra disguised as her, with the intent of leading away Ja-Kal. "Tia" explains to Ja-Kal how she came through the Western Gate to find him, and that he belongs with her beyond the Western Gate. Tia then leaves as Ja-Kal chases after her.
Personality[]
Tia is a kind person, caring for her son and Ja-Kal, who she also clearly loves very much.
